We offer free shipping on purchases of $65.00 or more. We also pick up a portion of the shipping on every order out the door. The average cost of shipping via the United States Postal Service is $9.50-$14 per package, and we charge a flat fee of $8.00 - $11.00. I ship via USPS priority mail within the U.S.A. only

RETURNS -

Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. We can not accept returns or exchanges.

Climate Alert:

Skin care products should be kept at room temperature to avoid melting/freezing

Please take your climate conditions into consideration before ordering because although I securely seal and package your products, including using thermal wrap for shipping. I can not be responsible for loss or damage due to conditions outside of my control such as outdoor temperature, delivery conditions, or delivery locations.

Shelf Life:

Soaps do have a shelf life of 1 year, after that the scent will fade. Keep the bars on a well draining soap dish, up and away from standing water.

Use unopened Body Creams and Scrubs within 6 months of purchase.

Due to the organic nature and minimal use of preservatives, please use opened Body Creams and Scrubs within 2 months of opening.

Store your products in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
